Hello
I wanted to reset a G9-593 with a previously made usb key.
Something went wrong with it and the laptop said something like : cannot continue the backup process.

But on restart : "No exploitation system".

I tried the alt+F10 trick but it does not work (D2D is enabled in the "main" part of the bios)
I put aother windows 10 to try and create a new usb key, but Acer care center (that I installed manually) does not offer the possibility.

There is an hidden partition that has not been tampered with.

Any idea ?

Thanks

    Hi @ Pleinlesyeux

    1. Open Advanced start-up. Go to Start > Settings > Update & security > Recovery and click Restart now below Advanced start-up.
    2. Start System Restore in Safe Mode. Windows will then restart and display a Choose an option menu.
    3. This is where I navigated through and eventually found the reset option.

    Thank you for you response.

Alas, it does not work. It just reinstalls the newer win10 and not the Acer one. I can't seem to access the hidden partition.
