My aspire all-in-one z5710 wont start windows properly or sometime just froze out at the windows logo screen after I attempted upgrading the bios. The bios upgrade is recommended in the acer website driver and support page undet my product name.

is there anyway to fix this or at least downgrade the bios to its default bios during shipping. I dont know the ver tho.

Why do you believe that it is related to the BIOS?

You're obviously making it to the Windows screen, which indicates you've passed the BIOS.

Does it boot into Safe Mode?

Have you considered restoring the system to factory defaults to make sure it's not a software issue?

I guess your are right. The windows got corrupted when I upgrade the BIOS the other day. I did windows reinstallation then the problem solved.

I could not get the factory default setting since the original HD was faulty and had to replace with the new one.

    Thanks
