HDMI Output not working? cannot extend to 2nd display. (on Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52)

I just bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 i-5 8300h GTX 1050 about 3 months ago, but HDMI never works I'm not sure what is the problem.

I try it with 2 HDMI 2.0 and 2 television but nothing is working (all of them are work fine with another laptop).
when pressing fn+f5 or windows+P, Project option came out (Duplicate, Extend, 2nd screen) but when I click it nothing happened, On advance display setting only showing 1st Display nothing else, I tried Looking at 'Intel graphics command center' and only detected my main Display no other Display, Tried by looking to Nvidia and nothing....then tried it On-Device manager by Un-install and install newest Display adapter many time, both intel and Nvidia but still nothing. now I think my Laptop was a defect product cause I Tried everything, searching all over the internet and try all of them and nothing has solved my problem.

Now I don't know what to do, maybe anyone here can answer my problem? I really need this cause I got a presentation every week...

    Good afternoon Ivan57 !

Is the laptop plugged into the power outlet and with a high performance plan?

    Hi @Ivan57

Just saw your post since I experienced it too today. My HDMI stopped working after I installed Radeon Software (updated 2020). I tried connecting the HDMI cable to my TV's and it was just working fine

I deleted the Radeon Sofware and restarted my PC. The issue is now fixed! Try doing that if it works. Please provide an update. Thanks!

I am having the same problem.  I am trying ing to run a second screen.  I plug the HDMI cable in and to the monitor but nothing.  I've tried many time to detect the monitor, but windows isn't recognizing it for some reason.  I have never had this problem with other laptops.  So I don't know what to do.  Mine is the i5 10300 with the 1650 card.  I tried it with both window 10 and 11.

I Downloaded the Intel Driver and Support Assistant. It loaded the current graphics driver and fixed the issue.
