Acer Predator Helios 300 G3 572 Power Issue

in Predator Laptops
Laptop doesn't start unless power button is pressed for almost >20 times and that too happens only with some luck.
After a shutdown the issue occurs always

I'm not sure whether it is a bad capacitor, or a bad keyboard

Really need some expert help here

    @Noct what about pressing the power button to sleep the laptop? Does the issue occur?

    Hi @ Noct

    To reset the battery, turn off the computer, disconnect the power, press the power button for thirty seconds, and leave the laptop off for thirty minutes.

    Hi @Noct,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically". 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​
