@JackE I tried Opera and the artifacts appear, I plugged my laptop into a monitor and I still see them.
  • Do the artifacts also appear when you enable safeboot with networking and restart windows?

@egydiocoelho I think no need to run safeboot bucause this problem appears in some browser like Chrome and Edge etc... I tried Firefox and they didn't appear. But I will try it

@egydiocoelho I ran my laptop in Safeboot but that made my device slow so i disabled it before the test, also when I ran it I clicked on Chrome to see if the artifacts disappeard but weird thing appeared and prevented me from entering the program ( I selected network from the list but nothing happened)

Browsers probably won't work properly in safe mode anyway. You aren't the only one who has graphics issues with this latest crop of Cr browsers. Some other models with 8GB RAM are consistently crashing with error messages suggesting that even more RAM is needed to avoid crashing.

As mentioned earlier,  if you perceive that the Cr browsers have smoother and better UIs, then you might have to live with their display peculiarities for now or until the developers address the issue with updates. Meanwhile, use FireFox whenever artifact-free browsing is desired or needed. Sorry, but this tradeoff seems like the only workaround right now.
