Hey saif711 as is advised in that Acer community post about your GTX1070 gpu nvidia driver and that is to do this... "Only thing working is the stock driver from acer (nvidia 384.94) aside from that every update that deals with display adapter gets an error 43 or freezes”...so what this says is to use the OEM nvidia driver 22.21.13.8494 as that works or use the windows generic driver and let “Windows Update” the appropriate nvidia driver for your GTX1070 as that works also.

    Thanks for your attention friend
the OEM nvidia driver 22.21.13.8494 that works does not support most of the new game and also if i let the Windows Update install the appropriate nvidia driver by it self it produces the same error "error 43 or freezes"

Driver updates are never intended to be a fix-all solution, and many patches can cause new problems to occur. We would suggest skipping this update if you're not currently experiencing any issues with your Nvidia GPU, as this driver is one of the rare Nvidia updates that isn't a mandatory install.

    Hi @Easwar and thank you

this problem is very unusual because the old drivers i was using before somewhere in the early 400 versions is not working anymore, at first i was thinking that this is a hardware issue but after seeing a lot of people reporting the exact same issue i realized that this is a software problem and there is no obvious fix for it because we can't identify where the issue is caming from.

    problem is fixed.
it turns out that nvidia has been aware of this issue because it linked to the "Nvidia NV-Failsafe" problem and it released a fix that works very fine for me.
