Hello,

I just bought a Nitro 5 AN515-45-R095 gaming laptop and it only have a HDMI port. I try to connect it to my PG278QR gaming monitor with a HDMI cable and it's only works @ 60Hz.
I have some questions:

1. What version is the laptop's HDMI port?
2. Since my monitor it has HDMI 1.4 version, there is any adaptor that use HDMI to display port so I can use it on 2k@144Hz ?

Thank you!

Its a 30 series GPu right? 2.1 if so.

If so it should be possble to use anm active hdmi to displayport adapter to get a faster refresh rate, and depending on the adapter you may also get gsync basic to work as 2.1 supports vrr

@manuelbuscu is there any other refresh rate option for 1080p? Also, try a different HDMI cable.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!
