Hi, I recently re-installed my windows and since then I have been facing problems with my microphone. I usually connect my earphones while playing and now my voice is too low and my friends cannot recognize my voice. It's not a problem in any specific application but I am facing this problem in every software be it discord, csgo, valorant or google meet. I have tried reinstalling audio drivers from the Acer site but that also did not work.

You are not really giving any relevant answers for us to give you any advice.

People asked you whether you have Realtek Audio Console and you didn't answer.

From your specific model's support web page, it doesn't seem that Acer provided a stock new style DCH (aka street name UAD) Realtek audio driver. New DCH drivers comes with Realtek Audio Console, not the old legacy Realtek HD Audio Manager. New Realtek DCH drivers are small (less than 100 MB for desktop and low hundreds MB for laptop). Old Realtek legacy drivers are almost 250 MB for desktop and 500-600 MB for laptops.

But Acer has provided enough driver support that you can find an alternative way to install the new oem acer DCH drivers. Follow this tutorial to find a slightly newer Predator model that has similar "premium" audio features (i.e. DTS or Dolby or Waves) and install that driver and then use Microsoft Update Catalog to update your audio driver further.

You are going to end up with something like 6.0.9305.1 if you do it correctly after the Microsoft Update Catalog updates.

Then you have to use whether Realtek Audio Console or any of the premium audio apps if Acer provides (i.e. DTS app or Dolby app or Waves app) to configure your mic to headset mic and select the appropriate mic boost (aka mic pre-amp). Don't touch mic levels (leave it at 50 default value).

@Aditya_149 when you connect the earphone to the laptop. Do you get any notification from Realtek Audio Console?

@Aditya_149 If your earphones have a mic, choose headset. This will switch from the laptop mic to the earphones mic.

When I test my microphone in sound settings the max volume that it records is only 5 percent.I tried with my Bluetooth earphones also but the same problem exists.
