      Hold on. How often do you normally separate the keyboard dock from the tablet?

      Just to give you an update. I have fixed my computer and can now type on my laptop. But I have one more issue. I have no sound and see that I do not have a sound driver on my computer. I have an Aspire 11 SW5-111, but cannot find a driver for this laptop. I have completed all of my updates and checked everything for sound, but to no avail. Is there a driver I can download for my laptop?

      Good morning. I have my laptop back. Everything is working as it should be. I suggest if anyone has this same issue to just do a factory reset. But they will have to download most of their software from the beginning. Have a great day!   :)

      So are you suggesting that a factory reset was all that was needed to fix everything?
