Aspire TC-1660

I just got my computer back from support,
the problem then was that I had upgraded the BIOS.
And then the computer started to freeze a little now and then
(The computer froze when it installed an update, at startup)

They updated the BIOS and
did so the computer could boot again.
When I got my computer back I started windows.
Windows downloaded the updates and windows 11.
Now it freezes again a little now and then.
What can I do? Send it to support again?

When the download site is fixed at this link,  enter XC-1660 and download the updated Win11 drivers. Unfortunately, the site hasn't been working propertly since Friday so check again after the weekend.

    Hi @Josson60,

    1. Check your mouse and keyboard.
    2. End processes using task manager.
    3. Delete the temp files.
    4. Move your computer to a cooler place.
    5. Update your graphics driver.
    6. Run a memory check.
    7. Repair system files.
    8. Do a system restore.
