nitro 5 tpm settings in bios is missing after resetting bios to factory default

i cannot enable tpm 2.0 in my bios because the tpm option is not available. i tried downloading a tpm enabler but it says that tpm is available in my laptop and i can enable it in the bios, but when i open bios, the setting is cannot be found. acer nitro 5

    @jpv00 do you see the TPM in device manager? In Security tab.

    no. i dont see the security devices tab in my device manager as well.

    Hi @jpv00,

    Reconnect AC power to the system and boot to the BIOS setup using the F12 one time boot menu. Note: To make sure TPM is turned on, you must press F2 to enter System Setup. Then go to the Security section and check that TPM is set to On under the TPM security settings.
