Magically after resetting my laptop due to a previous problem my bluetooth has now gone. I will list the steps i have done and all have failed.

- I had first restarted and checked windows update (Failed)
- I had tried to download it using legacy devices (Code 10)
- There is no driver at all for lbuetooth in the device manager so i cannot uninstall , rollback or update even if i wanted to (cannot do)
- Using Acer's very unstable webiste I had finally downloaded the bluetooth driver for my pc but no matter what it doesnt seem to appear in my device manager (failed to do anything)
- I had used bluetooth troubleshooter and it had told me this devcie doesnt have bluetooth , i guess the last 4 years of my life were a lie . (troubleshooter is lying to me now)
- I had done a system restore point and it had done nothing  (waste of time)

So overall i have no bluetooth even though i can acctually see in my device manager under Universal seria bus controller that i have a brlink bluetooth 5.1 device but under network adapater i have nothing and there is no bluetooth tab in device manager .

There are no updates on any drivers or windows security as far as i know.

The laptop is the Acer Swift 3 SF314-54 Manufactured : 2018/09/10 so i highly doubt i have a warranty still

This laptop genuinelly doest have many problems only very recently ive had code 10 errors and now this ... all software and no hardware ... only yesterday i had done a full reset on my laptop too.

Ninjaaz” do you have internet connection and does your Wi-Fi work? As if you don't have Wi-Fi you have to install the old Acer Wi-Fi v19.51.11.2 driver to get the internet connection.  With the BT driver you need to completely uninstall the old or any trace of your Bluetooth driver off your system first, from either within Device Manager or if the BT comes up in Control Panel > Uninstall a program to uninstall the driver that way.

After you have internet install and use the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant as that will install the last and latest Intel drivers for both Wi-Fi and BT and for all Intel drivers running on your system of your Swift 3 SF314-54 and it should make it work, also you have the F3 key to turn these features on/off also so try that.

F3 for me is to lower birghtness , after using the intel driver and support assistant it installed , however it didnt install. What i mean is it goes through installs but when i refresh it the intel assisstant says it needs to be installed so i install it again but it tells me its already installed , i then go back to the website refresh and it says it needs to be installed . To simplify the sofware for thr driver is telling me its installed but the assistant and my pc is saying it isnt

All I see is the 'Generic Mobile Broadband Adapater'  which I added through 'Add legacy devices' , a solution i read somewhere , but it didnt work as it has a code 10 error

@Ninjaaz uninstall that generic one. Right-click and choose scan for hardware change. Do you still have any devices with triangles, especially in the other device tab?
