Battery randomly empties in an instant - Swift SF514-54GT

I may have 1-2 hours of battery life, but it can also happen that a 70% battery instantly empties, turning my Acer Swift off with no warning.
I have used all possible battery optimisation settings, including battery saver - which should alert me to battery ending - but in most cased the battery abruptly empties and the computer dies.
My "Acer Care Center" does not offer battery calibration option - and from what I gather, if it is not offered then it is not possible to perform any battery calibration.
Any idea what can be done about this??
I am extremely disappointed in the battery life of this laptop.

    Hi,
Could you please post the full model name of the laptop, if you have Acer Quick Access App in your laptop, turn off the feature "USB charging" or something like that.

Battery calibration in Windows happens automatically each time to run it on battery then charge it. You can force is the quickest by running on battery until the system shuts down due to low battery, then fully charging it before you turn it back on. A couple of those cycles will get Windows as accurate as possible for run time estimates. As suggested, without the full model number we can't provide any real additional help, since we don't know what battery is in it or even how old it is.

    Hi @hnjanfouzfrjfoa,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Unfortunately, I don't get as far as a truely empty battery, because it usually dies abruptly at any percentage, randomly. Can die at 70% or 20%. So it never empties properly.

If it does at random values like that then likely the issue isn't really a battery issue, something else is causing the crashes.

@billsey So why does it come alive the minute I connect it to charging?

@hnjanfouzfrjfoa does the battery percentage also go up fast when charging?
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

    Normal rate charging.
