Sudden high cpu load and then sudden fps drop (acer nitro 5)

I'm use acer nitro 5 not sure about model, Look at this graph i can't take a picture when the cpu loading is sudden high, When cpu loading is sudden high like 30% to 80% while i was playing game the fps is sudden drop, I want to fix it (sorry about my grammar)

    @St4mpGr5z I see that the max temp is 96C so it is definetly that the laptop is overheating a has some throttling. You can try to enable CoolBoost or have to clean the laptop .

    I find on internet it said normal temp while playing game or it not normal ?

    @St4mpGR5z the CPU can handle upto 100C but throttling itself at >95C is the first action to protect itself before shutting the laptop down.

    @St4mpGr5z enable CoolBoost on auto fan or change to maximum speed. If that doesn't work use a laptop cooler or disassemble the laptop to clean the inside. Throttling could get worse overtime and when the laptop reaches the maximum safe temperature, it will force itself to shutdown to protect every components inside (don't let this happens too much as it can cause damage to the SSD/HDD, CPU)

    Sorry for slow respond but i want to ask you what do you mean don't let it happens too much ? you mean force shutdown or...?

    MY LAPTOP IS ACER ASPIRE 7 RYZEN 5 5500U AND GTX 1650 MOBILE

    FIRST I THOUGHT RAM IS NOT ENOUGH SO UPGRADED TO 16 GB STILL NOT FIXED AFTER THAT I TRIED THIS

    TODAY I FIXED SUDDEN FPS DROPS ON VALORANT AND FARCRY 5 GAMES I CHECKED MY HEAT SINK THERMAL PASTE IS LESS ON NVIDEA GPU AND HIGH ON CPU SO TAKEN SOME THERMAL PASTE FROM CPU APPLIED ON GPU AND CLEANED CPU CHIP SURROUNDINGS WITH EARBUDS MY PROBLEM SOLVED BEFORE DOING THIS I CHECKED MY GPU THERMALS ITS ALMOST 85 DEGREES AFTER DOING THIS REDUCED NO MY THRMALS ARE 72 DEGREES TO 76 ON HIGH GRAPHICS IN FARCRY 5 FOR NORMAL GRAPHICS 60 -70 DEGREES
