I tried upgrading my wifi card from a Killer AX1550i to the Killer AX1675i. My laptop refused to boot.
I removed the card and tried the Intel AX210NGW card and it worked.

Does anyone know if the Intel Killer AX1675i has compatibility issues with the Acer Predator 300 series?
I really want this Wifi 6E card.

@DeeBD12 make sure that the card is inserted properly. Where did you get that card from?

I made sure it was inserted properly, but my laptop would not boot. I had to go back to my previous AX1550i card.

I read somewhere that it could be an issue with compatibility with the motherboard, but i cannot find the manufacturer details for this motherboard in the acer predator helios 300

@DeeBD12 that card was either faulty or locked to a specific laptop model. Try to contact the seller if he can exchange another one for you.

I suspect as much. I think the card is faulty. I'll get in touch with the seller.

    Thank you.

So I just checked again, I didn't read properly as the card I purchased is not compatible with my CPU. It is compatible with 10th gen CPUs and above, I use a 9th Gen laptop.

    That's why I had issues.

@DeeBD12 that's why. I see that AX1675i is based on Intel AX211NGW which only supports Intel 10th gen or newer. AX1675x is based on AX210NGW and supports most Intel CPUs and AMD.
