Hello. I just got an AN517-54-700X.
Right out of the box keyboard backlight is not working after boot (when entering Windows). It works when the laptop is powered on and the it turns off. Please note that BIOS is updated (wasn't working before as well), Keyboard Timeout is disable, and most importantly because I know what you'll propose as first solution FN+F9 (or FN+F10) don't work. It has zero effect, nothing happens. Nitro Sense has also timeout disabled. It's not a hardware issue, when powered on it works perfectly fine. Any help?

@Johnkabou does pressing only F9 or F10 work?

@Johnkabou does that model have RGB keyboard or only red backlight?
