Are you using the ACER OEM Win10 or Win11 drivers?

not oem. I am using acer own drivers. Same for windows 10 and 11. after installing windows i download drivers from acer website and install. When I install the acer drivers, the realtek console application is loaded and the equelize features are installed, but windows updates the driver and sees the acer drivers as old and installs its own drivers. all extra features are gone from realtek console application in installed drivers after update

You can temporarily pause WinUpdates for up to about a month from the update & advanced update settings to wait & see if Microsoft eventually fixes the issue. Or you can use Control Panel's restore point app to quickly reverse the update.

You can often stop the updates for longer periods by disabling WindowUpdate service properties accessed by  pressing WIN+R and running 'services.msc' .

Other than temporarily stopping or reversing the updates as above, users have little or no control over how Microsoft decides to apply updates to your system. Both Win10 and Win11 updates are still sort of like band-aids being applied to half-baked operating systems

The problem is in the acer driver version number. Since the driver number looks old, it installs the more up-to-date version via the windows update channel. If acer officials make the realtek driver number higher than the windows update channel, there will be no problem.
