    >>>most of the times when open in my Opera browser or open VLC>>>

Do FireFox, Edge & WinMediaPlayer cause the same thing?

    Hi @nbctcp,

    Disable Adaptive Brightness
To turn off adaptive brightness on Windows 10, press the Windows key + I keyboard shortcut to open the Settings app, then click on the System category. Select the Display menu on the left. On the right, uncheck the “Change brightness automatically when lighting changes” option.

    UPDATE1:
-I am using "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" to update all my Intel driver to latest version
    seems more stable now

Not sure what you mean by more stable? Is it still exhibiting the same behavior or not. Because you've now applied a  generic Intel driver bandaid to a proprietary mainboard that should've worked properly with the ACER OEM Intel Win10 or Win11 updates at this link.
