A515-51G-51J7 RAM and SSD update

Hello All,
I am using Aspire 5 A515-51G-51J7 laptop.
I want to upgrade the RAM and SSD to improve the performance. My primary use will be video/photo editing.
Please suggest the which Model i should go for RAM and SSD.
I did tried the crucial scanner, but it suggest RAM Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200. Should i go for this one or i need to look for DD4-2400?

Hi,
Your onboard memory has the frequency of 2400MHz, so I would suggest you buy a DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM module, it will work well with the onboard RAM, avoid buying any modules with XMP profiles, like Kingston HyperX or Corsair modules.
As for the SSD, you can get a M.2 NVMe SSD but it will function at half the speed advertised by the manufacturers because only 2 lanes are enabled for PCIe, I would suggest a Samsung 970 Evo up to 1TB.
