This started happening 2 days ago. I was playing God of War n Dark Souls 3 (wiyh gamepad). And screen flickered colors changed and system crashed. I had the close my laptop with power button cause Windows didn't respond. I' reinstalled windows but it didn't helped I don't think it's OS or Driver related.
For some reason I only had this problem while I have beeing playing with gamepad (I have Xbox One S gamepad).
Is there something I can do ?

Could be many things, like your settings, PS overload or heat or not enough memory, M.2 SSD drive problems etc etc. Look at this forums “Windows 10 optimization guide for gaming” and see for solutions there as there are allot of answers there.

    Hi @umay,

Your “computer crashes when playing games” issue may also be caused by system file corruption. You can run System File Checker and see if there're any system files missing or corrupted. If there are any, the sfc /scannow command (System File Checker) will repair them.

It didn't find and corruption also I reinstalled Windows so I don't think it's system files related.
