Keyboard behavior and fan behavior seems normal when turning laptop on. Have you tried to turn screen on with FN+F6 toggle combo yet?

OK. Let's do the BIOS and Mainboard reset again this way.

    (1) Unplug charger.
    (2) Press & hold power button for about 1 minute
    (3) No LEDs should be lit after pressing and holding power button.
    (4) Plug charger back in. Only the battery charge LED should be lit steady orange or steady blue
    (5) If steady orange, wait for battery change LED to turn steady blue
    (6) After tirming steady blue, try to turn laptop on again

Release power button again. Then press and hold power button again. It should shut off. Keep pressing and holding the power button even after it shuts off for another minute. The continue to #4 again.

Can you HDMI out to a TV screen? Try to turn the TV screen on with the FN+F5 toggle key combo.
