Aspire 5 Went through Gaming Optimization Guide

I went through the gaming optimization guide and followed all the steps and it barely made a difference for my Acer Aspire 5 with Mx250 gpu. I went from getting a very unstable 12 fps in FFXIV on very low settings to getting 18~19 fps… Can someone help me beyond the tips in that pinned guide??
