sounds like an issue with the power delivery, if you run a battery report ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/caring-for-your-battery-in-windows-2db3e37f-5e7d-488e-9086-ed15320519e4 ) what does it say about the battery? It should have the max wattage, current, and health

Thanks for you comment. I've run a battery report as you told me to do. It says design capacity is 48.004 mWh and the full charge capacity is 39.060 mHh. In the beginning it was "equal" but from abouth october 2021 the full charge capacity went down to 36.191 mWh. And now from 20220201 it is every day 39.060 mWh. What's your suggestion to do?

    Hi @Louisk,
There is an issue with Realtek and the Audio port reported for our model, I remember having seen a post with this topic on this forum: Try a different type audio jack possibly without a microphone just for testing to see if your system still shuts down when pulling out the headphone jack. I had the same problem (same laptop as you have) but when I tried another headset it worked OK, there may be something incompatible with your audio jack and headphone plug.
