Anything that increases air flow through the system will help to drop temperatures, but not a lot. Typically people do that with a laptop stand with fans built in, but that also increases the noise. Your numbers are good right now, so I wouldn't go to any great lengths to change it.

And then give us more information on your SF514-54GT. What do you mean by heating issue? Are you monitoring CPU temperatures or seeing somewhere on the laptop that's getting hot?

I use an app called Core Temp that gives me my temperatures in the status bar at bottom of the screen...

I'm running Core Temp on W11 on each of my machines... Likely they just haven't updated their site.

You can also use HWmonitor to check the temperatures, download and install HWMonitor, run it and post the picture showing the temperatures, you may be able to undervolt with Throttlestop if the temps are too high.

That is looking pretty good to me. Peak loads are taking you up into the middle 80s and low use drops down to about 50.

Yes those numbers seem normal. I do notice on my 10th gen Spin 5 that when Intel does a GPU driver update they often tweak the working temperature higher, then tweak it back down with the next update. Mine it running hotter now (60C at idle) with the update from earlier in the week than they had using the previous drivers (50C at idle). When playing low impact games this morning (Microsoft Solitaire) I was seeing numbers in the upper 80s...
