G3-571 random power disconnect when battery full

Hello

For 2 weeks my Acer Predator Helios 300 has an issue : Only when the battery is full and the laptop plugged in, it randomly looses connection for a few seconds, once or twice every minutes. It's quite annoying for gaming because of the performances drop while off power.
I have unplugged and plugged in the cables.
I have reset the battery
I tried another wall plug
All drivers up to date

    Hi,
When you say the power looses the connection, do you mean that the charging stops?

    Yes the charging stops

And I insist that it only stops when the battery is at 100%.
So for the moment when gaming, I wait for the battery to be low, then I plug and play. It lates me a few hours before the battery hits 100% on high power consumption.
Or maybe I could remove the in-built battery, bit I would rather solve the issue at first ..

That's what happens when battery reaches the full charge, I don't think it should have any impact on gaming performance, however, please try reinstalling Microsoft ACPI-Compliant control method battery driver, go to Device manager, expand Batteries, highlight and right click Microsoft ACPI Compliant control method battery, click properties, go to Driver tab and uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver and see whether it helps.

I'm fairly sure it's not normal, because it wasn't happening before. When it stops charging, it makes a loud "beep" and the laptop remains on battery power for a few seconds before it charges again with the same "beep". And even with high performances set on battery mode, performances are still a bit lower.
I have already tried to reinstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant control, found it from a youtube video. But I still have this issue

    Hi,
It could be a faulty charger, if you are within the warranty period, contact Acer support centre in your region.

@Fabien do u have anyway to check the voltage in the adapter with a voltmeter just to confirm if it's outputting the correct voltage u stated this only started about 2 weeks ago and since how long do you own the laptop did you upgraded bios recently or windows update ?

@tyler95 did you already did a battery power drain by disconnecting the AC and pushing the pinhole for 30s let is rest for 10 mnts at least connect the AC boot into bios and reset to bios defaults also as it was stated above by @brummyfan2 unninstall the ACPI driver and reboot let windows reinstall it

I ended up doing a full windows format as well as pressing the battery reset button (pinhole) for the 30 seconds and waiting the 10 minutes before booting and restoring my bios defaults. The random disconnect/reconnects are still present even after following all those steps.

So that seems to be either the adapter/mobo or battery faulty i would suggest contact either the shop where you bought it for warranty or acer itself for a repair/replacement
