Acer H276HL bmid 27-Inch - Acer logo and blue power light keep blinking

So we had a power flicker last night and one of the 3 identical Acer monitors I have hooked up to the PC just keeps blinking the Acer logo and the blue power light blinks in time with it.
Tried unplugging and replugging it in, using a different power outlet, held in the power button for over 60 seconds while everything was unplugged, press all buttons repeatedly in a random fashion - nothing helps.
The other 2 same model Acer monitors connected to the same Windows 10 PC are fine, must be an issue with this individual monitor.
Thoughts anyone?

It was HDMI, but the blinking during the power up logo happens whether the video cable is plugged in or not.drc0

This is late, but I'm having an identical issue, and I'm thinking that the best solution is a new monitor. Is that likely the correct assumption?
