left pict. : my core speed is drop to 800 MHz
right pict : thats the base speed/normal speed at 2300 MHz
there is any factor that made the CPU speed drop ? its feel so lagging when the speed drop
and any option to boosting up the CPU speed ?
device : acer nitro 5 AN515-52+

Could you please check the Power plan you are on, if it's in Balanced, switch to High Performance plan and see whether it helps.

Core Speed kick-in whenever you're doing a CPU-intensive task (such as gaming).
It is normal for a Computer to throttle to conserve energy.

is the decrease of cpu speed frequency because the laptop temperature is increase ?
i think it because the temperature become hot as heavy use and it setted up to minimum speed

update :
when i set the intelppm (setnumber:4) the core speed 0.78 Ghz - 3.2 Ghz (mostly at the lowest 0.78 Ghz)
but when i set the intelppm (setnumber:3) it stuck at 1.7 Ghz
what can i do for make it stable at 2.3 Ghz ? overclocking or something ?0 -
Yes, overheating may cause it, download and install HWmonitor, run it and post the picture of temperatures.

There are other factor that you may also overlook such as the Acer Nitro App:
Set it to High-Performance.
Also Windows OS do use some throttling to preserved the Laptop's Battery, Im using Winaero Tweaker to disable the Throttling:

i think it giving me an answer, why my laptop got lag several times
when we see at the limit reason "Thermal" is reason that make it laggy0
