Hello
After buying a usb-c to hdmi adapter to connect 2 different screens to my laptop i have figured out usb-c is gen1 and does not support video output on my Acer Swift 3 SF314-52-70QS.
My HDMI port is used by screen number 1 and now looking for a solution to be able to connect screen number 2.
How may i do so ? Buying a USB 3.0 to hdmi would do the trick ?

Thanks so much for any help !!!

any display link style adapter should work :) these need drivers to work but after that they are ok, and are universal on anything it has drivers for. ( https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/displaylink-products ) i use one across my laptop and phone :)

Be aware that many, if not most, USB-C to either HDMI or DP adapters require the port support DP Alt mode and your port doesn't have that. Any of the USB 3.0 adapters will work fine, since DP Alt mode isn't expected on them. You have to watch closely the specs on the USB-C versions. The ones that work without DP Alt mode will be more expensive...
