Killer Control Center isn't working properly - Predator PH315-52

I had an issue with Killer control center so I had to reinstall it. Problem is that when I reinstalled it from the Acer product stuff, one of the extractables had a "install.cmd" thing when clicked error 740 pops up and just adds to the file the error code, I still managed to install it but now the app doesn't work properly: Overview isn't complete, recommended actions doesn't show the pie chart and worst of all the app detects as im in a wired connection of 2.4 GHz which is completely wrong since im in a wireless connection of 5GHz.

Does anyone know how to solve it? Im running out of options and im really not into the thing of resetting my Laptop over this and even if I did reset it ive heard from people that sometimes resets dont reinstall Drivers properly so I may end up with the same issue anyway or with more. idk if its true but left me a bit paranoid.
