How do I solve the problem with my computer model Aspire A515-56?

I have an Aspire A515-56 which has a manufacturing error that causes the computer to crash, and the screen starts to flicker, I would like to exercise my 1 year warranty. But the problem is that I bought this laptop in the United States, so I would like to know how to claim this guarantee. The SNID of this laptop is 10202125934 and this problem has been going on since I got the computer, that is, on January 30, I haven't made any changes to the software or hardware, I just downloaded some applications like Opera, Spotify, nothing to write home about. could cause an error of that magnitude in such a short time. Also all the time I've had antivirus so I doubt it's that.
Thanks a lot

If it is such a new laptop, I'll try to return for refund if possible.

If you are willing and have experience and are computer savvy? If you are not then I would not touch this laptop and I would send it to Acer Support in your area as this screen/image problem(s) are covered by warranty and Acer will fix it for you. if you are prepared to fix this and if you can get into the OS and you can see the screen at all? Then I would install the “Intel® Driver & Support Assistant” and do a scan of your laptop as that scan will update all the Intel driver components in this laptop and see if it fixes this screen problems? Also, update the BIOS to the last Version: 1.24 dated 2022/01/13 if you haven’t got the last BIOS updated to this laptop, try all these things first if you can and see if it fixes these screen issues at all?

Maybe you can do a BIOS update to fix your problem, as @Lord_N provided the page that includes the LCD display fix for BIOS.

Just update the latest ( 2011/05/11) should fix the problem. Return it if the problem persist.

Sorry, been very busy lately, here's how you can get your Device-specific Drivers.

    1. Login your to Acer Account (acer.com)

    2. Once login, on the left side of the panel, choose "My Products"

    3. Click the icon of your Laptop Model.

    4. You can find your BIOS Update under "BIOS / Firmware.

Download just the files that have a BOE or INX [Innolux] or just "LCD" in it. (These are for the Screen.)

    5. Install the lesser Version first, your Laptop will automatically restart and Update the BIOS.

(Your Laptop know what its current BIOS version is, so you need to be one notch higher than the current one).

    6. If the problem is still there, continue installing one version higher if your Laptop will allow it.

    Hope this helps.

I have an Acer Aspire 5 A515-56-73AP programs like AutoCAD and AutoCAD civil 3D close abruptly without giving an error report. This happens with some games too. I have tried installing different directx but that does not solve the problem.
