My acer nitro 5 AN515-57-54ZA got a freeze screen issue when it was bought 2 months ago.

The issue always happened when playing games like csgo, valorant or even gta 5.

I tried to send it back to Acer for a warranty but it did not fix completely.

The issue occurred again when I was playing csgo today.

Please feel free to let me know if you guys have the same issue and any solution for this.

Thank you so much!

    Hi @shenlongfam,

It's a combination of RAM and a portion of your hard drive. If your computer runs out of RAM when you're playing a game, your system will dip into virtual memory to save files temporarily. If the size of your virtual memory is not big enough to save temporary files, it may cause your computer to freeze.

    Thanks for your comment!

I found that the issue was not my laptop, the root cause was my external mouse. I change my mouse and everything is ok now.
