Heating near arrow keys in my Acer Aspire 7 i5 10300H ?

the area around the arrow keys get heated up sometimes, i think SSD is present under the arrow key, I am using a keyboard cover, can it affect the cooling process somehow and cause heating?

    A little bit but not much. The most important cooling tip is to keep the airvents clear and above a hard surface.

    I check my SSD (NVME) temp, it seems it getting heated for unknown reasons, any solution?

    All SSDs naturally emit heat when being used. This is entirely  normal behavior and to be expected.

    What's the safe range. I checked my SSD temp it goes around 50-60 and sometimes even higher

    Sounds good. Anything below ~70ºC should be fine.
