RAM not working Acer Nitro 5 Aspire 515-43

My laptop had one 8 GB stick of RAM installed (https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KVR26S19S8_8.pdf).
The problem is that when installing two new sticks of RAM, the Windows and Linux operating systems crash with an error in RAM.
I ran the memtest program on one of the new sticks of RAM. For 5 passes, not a single error occurred. I inserted the same stick of RAM into another slot, there were no errors either.
Then I repeated the procedure with the second new stick of RAM. There were no errors either.
But when I insert 2 sticks of RAM, the memtest program gives a bunch of errors and crashes when running the test. The same thing happens when I run a test on one new stick and one old stick of RAM.
I flashed the bios, didn't help.
Tell me what could be the problem? How to solve it?

The RAM I bought fully complies with the requirements that you described.
I went ahead and found the following issue. If you run memtest in single-channel mode, no errors occur. If you select the multichannel mode, memtest gives a bunch of errors.
    Perhaps there is some solution?
