@Osama_Hamdy did you turn on the battery calibration in Acer Care Center?

No, i don't even find battery calibration in Acer Care Center, just battery check

@Osama_Hamdy then try to do a manual battery calibration by using the laptop until it shutdowns (0% battery) and then fully charge it.

I had faced this issue early last year. It wouldn't charge beyond 90% intially, later at any random level between 60-85%.Turned out to be a degraded battery involving one or more of the cells Even had the motherboard replaced under warranty to rule out any issue with it. Battery was barely 2 years back then with only 40 odd battery cycles used up. Battery calibration couldn't be performed as when the charge level fell to 15-25% it would immediately drop to zero and the laptop would shutdown. Even though under extended warranty Acer refused to replace it. My 2018 Nitro 5 didn't have any option to limit battery charge to say 80% unlike 2020 models and later. As laptops tend to be used a lot plugged in being at 100% all the time could negatively impact battery longevity which is what happened in my case. Currently at 35% health with just 70 cycles used up. If your laptop supports it I recommend you to enable it in Acer Care Center app.
Have you noticed any significant drop in battery runtimes? You van use HW Info or Battery Info View etc. to check wear levels.

that's a screenshot in BarreryInfoView, i still don't know what's the proplem or how can i fix it, the orange light of charger is blinking and the baterry is stuck between 85:87%, i tried different solutions like unistalling battery drivers and manual reset for battery by pressing on power button for 30 seconds or something but nothing really works for me

Yeah it looks so be similar to my case. Here's the link to the Acer battery tool http://www2.acer.com.au/tools/AcerBattery.exe but it doesn't seem to be working now. I will post it tomorrow if you so desire. It gives details on the battery manufacturing date, cycle count and temperatures.
How old is your laptop? If under the default warranty and not extended warranty you can try your luck to get it replaced.
Incidentally mine was an LG battery as well.
BTW did you also use your battery plugged in a lo of the time?
Download the Acer Care center app if its not included in your laptop already. It will show if the battery needs to be replaced or not. If your laptop is from 2020 or later it may also show you the ability to limit max. battery charge to 80% which helps prolong battery longevity especially if the laptop is used mostly plugged in.
This behavior is consistent with one or more of the cells in the battery being degraded.
Mine went from 6-8 hours backup to under 5 hours in 6 months or so. Fast forward another 7-8 months and its down to 2 hours.

My laptop is Plugged in most of the time yeah, it's from 2018 so no warranty is still on, also i've Acer Care Center on My laptop and it showes nothing wrong with the baterry, i tried to download AcerBatteryTool from the this link but the page didn't load anything so if you have any link else for this tool i'd be greatful, also what is the the wrong with the screenshot i posted from BaterryViewInfo How did you know that my proplem is similar to yours, i hear that the wear Level is Ok and the thing is only with the capacity isn't full, last thing is that could be an adaptor proplem or Software Proplem ?

that is maximum processor state. it will limit the processor capacity to 60%. whats the relation of processor state with this battery problem?
