My Acer Nitro 5 Battery is at 0%

My Acer Nitro 5 Battery is at 0%, and when I unplug the charger, it will turn off and not turn back on. Despite me charging it for a couple hours, it still says its at 0%. This just started today, pls help.

    @Kingskew if the laptop still has warranty, you can get the battery replaced for free. If not, you can search the replacement battery on online market.

    Eliminate the charger. Press and hold the power button for around 10 seconds. Then, at that point, embed a paperclip into the battery reset pinhole on the base cover for 30 seconds. Stand by 15 mins. Plug the charger back in. Assuming consistent orange charging LED, don't attempt to turn the machine on till consistent blue. In the event that actually flickering orange LED, the battery is probable unrecoverable due to being depleted for broadened period underneath the basic level.
