Hi team,
Please help me out.
I have a laptop "acer aspire 7" i5 9th gen processor.
In October I got a system update from acer itself. Which was taking more than 7 hrs, so I turned off it.
After that I am turning it on but laptop is restarting again and again and display is not showing anything.
Please help me out
Thanks!

    (1) Unplug the charger.
    (2) Insert paperclip into reset pinhole on bottom for about a minute.
    (3) Plug charger back in but wait for battery charge LED to indicate full charge.
    (4) Then turn it on and immediately press F2 key to enter BIOS menu.
    (5) Press F9 to load bios defaults. Press F10 to save settings and exit.
    (6) Laptop should then complete update

Hi "JackE" This process is not working. I tried but still it is not showing anything on display and restarting again and again.
1).First of all I insert a paperclip in reset pinhole for a min.
2).Then I charge it till full battery.
3). And then turn it on and suddenly pressing F2 but it is not showing anything on display and restarting again and again.

Try to turn display on with FN+F6 and FN+F5 toggle screen combinations. If still no screen, do you see a TV screen with HDMI cable?

    >>>Yes I have smart tv with HDMI cable.>>>

Do you see an image on the TV screen when it's connected to the laptop. Press FN+F5 to turn TV screen on and off.

I haven't check this option yet.
I was thinking to take it to the service shop that will be okay bcz I don't want that any major component should be damage.
Since at this point, still it is not conform that what is the actual issue in this.

A TV screen will test if the motherboard has failed or not.
