I can not find this model in Acer drivers can someone help me find a driver for the monitor ED273U PBMIIPX ?

    That is a monitor. How are you connecting (HDMI, VGA ?) and if you have Device Manager open and plug the monitor in, does it change ?

    @William68 your monitor doesn't need any drivers. It uses the Plug and Play (PnP) protocol to tell the system what modes it supports.
