Uncontrollable fan speeds po3-630

So a while ago on my po3-630 I switched case, aswell as that i also added 5 140mm case fans and plugged them in to the motherboard using splitters though the problem seems to be that i can't controll barely any fans (I also got a new very good cpu cooler). In predatorsense I can controll them a little bit but I can only lower them to 60% and auto just maxes them out aswell even though i'm not doing anything on the pc. I've also tried other softwares but they are not able to recognise the fans even though they should so I was thinking it might be the motherboard not allowing any other software?... So what can I do to controll the fans? Also should I make a post about all the changes i've made?

Might be easiest to get a fan hub from Amazon and ignore PredatorSense. Before ordering anything make sure you can power it somehow. Depending on the case you have, maybe get one of those that can be installed in the 5.25" slot? Below is just an example.

Don't get it as a nastiness but I always wonder why do people wanna switch cases, buy stronger PSU's, replace processors in their almost brand new prebuilts? I understand things like cpu cooler replacement (I did it myself too), but such big changes? Why did you buy a prebuilt then? Isn't it better to assemble a custom pc?1

30-series GPU scarcity and good discount made me do it: I took the 3070 for my own use and build a PC for my friend's kids from the leftovers + GTX 970.0
