Help please.i factory reset my wifes acer aspire switch so i could have it myself.  i have the tablet and connecting keyboard, half way through, something errored and now it starts up to a blue screen which comes with error 0xc000000f you need a recovery disc.push windows key to enter UEFI SETTING. when i do enter the setting,it will not change anything,i try draft still nothing.i cant even find the EMMC it seems like it has just vanished. i know how to fix harddrives but tablets with these EMMC storage,i dont know how you first find it then install windows on it.

We are going to need more information. Which Switch model do you have? It could be something like SW#-xxx-xxxx or S100x-xxxx or something different from those. The eMMC drive might have failed, or it might just be too full. Likely you are going to need to boot from an install image to diagnose.

My advice to you is to Create Windows 10 installation media onto an 8GB USB and download the tool from here Download tool now first and then do a "Clean Install' of Win-10 and activate the Win-10 with a digital key that you have with your Microsoft account and then reinstall all the drivers from Acer for the Aspire Switch model that you have that Win-10 didn't install. Also and seeing that you haven’t got any valuable data on it a Clean Install is a much better solution for BSODS/Blue Screens than a Reset as it completely and installs a new Win-10.

The Error BSOD of Win-10 0xc000000F - directly hints that there is something wrong with the Boot Configuration Data (BCD). When the data is missing or corrupted, the OS finds it hard to read and execute most startup operations. By doing a Clean Install you will eliminate this problem and your laptop will work 100%.

thanks for your answers, first it is an aspire sw3-013 tablet with connecting keyboard.
now when it starts up,it goes to a blue screen saying many things including error.
it wont let me do anything apart from push the window key to enter 5.0 setupUtility.
On that screen, nothing can be done changed or move except user password which is highlighted grey and (set) underneath.
this is the only thing that can be changed.nothing else will highlight up.
    thank you.
i can give photos if possible?
