Dont have permission?

Just got an Acer Iconia W3.

Im trying to turn off hibernate and get into the hidden folders.

Whenever I try to do either, it says I dont have the permission, yet I am the only user on the device and clearly the admin.

How do I solve this issue?

Run File Explorer as Administrator (right click and choose the option) should do it.

errr shift-right click (need a keyboard) for RAA. However it may take a safe boot to get access.

However if you open a DOS box as admin (shift/right) and run powercfg -h off that will turn the hibernate off and delete the hiberfil.sys

Even when I do the cmd "powercfg.exe -h off", it still gives me permission issues.

Did you open the DOS box (CMD) with administrator privilege ? Worked fine for me.
