I can't turn my comp on. When I push the power button nothing happens. Battery charge light was on/blue.
I disconnected the power supply but the problem is still there.
The comp is 16 moths old.
Can anyone give me a tip? Many thanks in advance.

There is a battery reset pinhole on the bottom of your laptop. Make sure it's shut down and disconnect everything, including the power, then use something like a bent paperclip to press and hold the reset for 15-30 seconds. After that, release the reset and wait 15-30 minutes to allow everything to fully bleed off. Put the charger back in and wait for the full charge light to turn blue, then try to turn it on normally. Let us know how that works...
