Old issue - but have yet to find a solution to my Aspire Touchscreen having "vanished" since W10

Has anyone from ACER actually provided a working solution to this. I dont see any specific solutions that worked. I have done driver updates, tried to look for ACER drivers for the touchscreen, run the hardware troubleshooter on W10, selected to view "hidden" devices on the device manager, restarted a million times - none work.

FYI - I have a 2012 China made Aspire V5 laptop which originally had the touchscreen working fine.

Dozens of V5 models. Might help to reveal which one you have. For example, V5-121? V5-171?
