Aspire A515-56 laptop: Need to know if my laptop supports M.2 SSD and 16 GB RAM?

Aspire A515-56 laptop:
I want to know if my laptop supports Acer RE100 128GB 3D NAND SATA M.2 Internal SSD and RAM 16GB DDR4 2666 MHz. 
There are 8 slots mentioned on product and i want to know what are these?
can i upgrade to another SSD?

    Don't know your sub-model number. Many A515-56 already shipped with 128GB and 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD . You probably have one already. 
    You can add one more SO-DIMM RAM of max. 16GB to make it 20GB max.

    8 slots of what? Do you mean all internal slots and external ports come up to eight?

    What type of M.2 drives are supported on the A515-56 ( Acer Aspire 5 Intel Core i3 11th Generation 15.6" (39.62 cms) - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/) ???

    Have you checked the BIOS page to get the model number?

    Since your laptop uses 11th gen i3, the M.2 drive will be PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 NVMe type ( seq. read up to 3,400 MB/s). Unluckily, it still cannot get gen 4 M.2 PCIe SSD performance with it.

    We have buy acer laptop last month and it has verious issue hanging problen and its screen gets turn and it also gets turned off when it us in with full battery
