Chromebook sign in trouble

I bought a Acer chromebook last year and worked perfectly.  A couple of months ago, my supervised users signed in to find that all her games/apps were missing and the play store didn't recognize her account.  After resetting her account, she was able to get into play store and download new games.  Since then, all her apps have disappeared and reappeared twice. 
Just recently, every time she signs in, it then asks for my password to allow her account to be added to the device.  I then get email notifications that her google account was added to a new device.  Any thoughts?

    It could easily be something with her Google account and not specific to the device. Is there any chance her account has been hacked?

    Not that I'm aware of.  I did change the password when we had the original issue.

    I'm having a similar issue.  I can't add a nother Google account like I can on my previous Chromebook
