Usually buzzing is caused by bad connection, interference or grounding issues. Google "ground loop" for more info.

What kind of a headphones are you using? Does it use USB or 3.5mm headphone jack? If old-fashioned 3.5mm metal plug, does it make any difference if you use the connector in the I/O panel or the one on the front? Usually the one in the back is better. FYI, often the front and back connectors do not work at the same time.

Does your HP have a microphone? One plug or two? The 3.5mm plugs are bit different between stereo headphones and those with a mic. Not sure you should be using a HP with a mic in a connector designed only for stereo HP (might cause issues.) After all, your PC has separate connectors for sound and mic.

Try normal in-ear headphones that do not have a mic. Still buzzing?

If you have a newish phone that came with USB-C headphones... still having problems?

If you haven't tried yet, update drivers and Win as well.

Go to Acer's website in your country (Acer.fi in my case) => support => select desktop, Predator and PO3-630 => choose correct OS version => open Applications and it should be there.

It would help if you told us which computer you have and list its components. Is it a Predator Orion 3000 (PO3-620, 630...), Orion 5000 or Orion 9000. What is the exact model?

Is the PC new or used? How long have you owned it? When did the problems start?

What kind of a noise it makes? Does it make it under load or all the time? Make sure that the speaker or headphone jack is fully plugged in.
