Hello! Im a proud owner of Product Support | Acer Estonia and while playing games mostly its diablo 3 and cs:go my battery starts to drain and depending on load it drains up to 10% (100-90%) in about 2h of heavy gaming, in diablo 3 it drains less.. up to 5% in 6h. Another problem is that it freezes absolutly randomly and pc has no response after freeze, the only way to unfreez is to hold power button and shut it down. It can freeze in games... it can freeze in youtube... in desktop while downloading a game. Random. all drivers are up to date, bios also(vga included) also it can be freeze free for 4 days... I cant figure out this machine, its good but man these 2 things get on my nervs..

    Hi Badtripagain,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

I assume you are playing on battery - this is normal. Laptops pull crazy power when playing. It also depends on the games. D3 is over 8 years old and uses far less resources compared to CS:GO.

Are you saying your battery drains only 10% (100 to 90) after 2 hours of playing CS:GO? In this case I will assume you are connected to power. Even this is normal, since when connected to power, CPU and GPU will go to their max levels pulling up as much power as they can. This puts load on power supply and sometimes exceeds what it can supply - and in these cases it uses power from battery to compensate for the difference between what's needed and what's available from power supply. This is called hybrid utilization and is normal.
    You can safely ignore this.
And if you are too concerned, get as higher wattage charger if available to your model.
