Nitro AN515-54 CPU fan seems to be broken/dying.

As in the title, CPU fan seems to have kicked the bucket. At max, it works at around half what it used to hit before. When I set it to auto it whirrs really loudly and unsteadily and sounds very unhealthy. When I just start the laptop takes a few minutes to spin up to above triple digits (even when set to max). My CPU frequently hits 95C+ while gaming.

For some extra background, I tend to push my laptop quite hard, it is not unusual to game for 10h+ straight and then spend another 6 hours with it on. I frequently change fan speed to max so it doesnt overheat while gaming. It is a rare day that my laptop is on for less than 16 hours. So I am not sure if it is just me using my laptop a lot and its nearing its second year of such use that it's had enough.

DxDiag file attached, the TLDR of which is:
  • System Model: Nitro AN515-54
  • Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 22000)
  • BIOS: V1.33 (type: UEFI)
  • Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
  • GPU 1: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
  • GPU 2: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

Was it always like this, or recently started after upgrading to windows 11?

Open the laptop and see the fans operation when gaming and extreme CPU/GPU levels and if any fans are not working? If they are not then change the fan or fans and repaste the CPU/GPU, clean the vents and/or fans, as that is good practice for all these gaming laptops. Btw the CPU or GPU replacement fans are not expensive.

It started doing this before the upgrade to win 11, I was hoping upgrading to win 11 would fix something, it did not.

You want me to open the laptop while I am playing? If you mean just look at the fans while they are spinning and see if they are, yes, they are, though one of them (I am guessing the CPU fan) is very stuttery and even just by eye looks to be spinning slower.
I have no idea how to change fans or repaste or what repasting even means. Can you please provide more info?
