Is Acer Aspire 5 A514 54 able to boot in legacy mode?

The option is grayed out in BIOS and I am not able to change it, it also does not help if I enable secure mode. I converted my GPD system disk to MBR and now I get the "No bootable device" message when I start my laptop. I have been told that in order to start my laptop I need to switch to legacy. Is there a way to do this, or is there any other way to fix the "No bootable device" issue?

@Ivasa A514 54 does not have legacy mode. If you have another computer and an USB, you can create Windows installation on that USB. Instead of using it for Windows reinstallation, there is an option allow you to repair the computer. It will let you choose further troubleshooting solution including using Command Prompt. This will wipe the whole disk and convert it into GPT.
If you want to keep all the data on the disk, there is another solution for you. It still needs another computer and another USB. You can try to find a way to install Portable Windows on that USB and use it for converting to GPT without any data lost.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

It depends on what are you trying to install? Windows 7?

AnhEZ28 When listing disk in Command Prompt, the only disk that shows is the USB that I have the Windows installation on.

I already have windows 10 installed, I was orginally trying to switch the boot mode to Legacy by following a youtube tutorial which instructed me to convert my disk to MBR using EaseUS Partition Master and now my laptop can not detect the disk anymore.

Why did you do this?  The A515-54  only operates correctly with GPT partitioned boot drive in UEFI mode. Not MBR in Legacy mode! If you converted the boot drive to MBR, you must try to get it back into GPT. This might mean Win10 will have to be re-installed.
