    (1) Press and hold power button till all LEDs shut off.
    (2) Remove charger.
    (3) Insert paperclip into battery reset pinhole on bottom for 60 seconds while pressing and holding the power button
    (4) Plug charge back in and wait for battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue
    (5) Try to turn laptop on again

I have same problem with mine. I've done the reset battery but still not working. I even bought a new battery and put it in. Still not working. Only able to charge the battery as I can see the light turned from yellow to blue. Out of the blue, one day it can be turned on but shut down very shortly and can't be turned on anymore. I really like the uterbook even though it's 7 years old but it's so stylish and working very well. I hope it can be repaired. Would be great if anyone can help and thank you in advance for your help.

You should take laptop to local laptop repair shop for repair estimate.

I've tried to take the laptop to the service center, but they are also having trouble finding out what the problem is.
Do i have to change the motherboard?
Even now it is still in the second service place to try to repair and it has not been completed.

    Hi KPANG01,

It looks like hardware issue. Contact acer tech support,

Today I pickup the laptop at the second service center and the results still can't be repaired.
They said it was hard and didn't find what was the problem.
They tried to replace the suspected problem in the power supply area but still couldn't turn on.

If it is my laptop, I'll take this as an opportunity to replace the old laptop with a modern one.

The price for Acer motherboard replacement is good enough to get a modern entry to mid level laptop.

Google search s7-392 motherboard aliexpress and shop for new replacement motherboards with an aliexpress vendor that ships to your location.  About $160usd.
