My Acer E1 571G Won't turn on sometimes, I unplugged charger and remove battery and 30 seconds push power button and it solved my problem.
I checked without battery/charger but still my problem is not fixed.

Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

If power LED flashes orange, this means the laptop is in hibernation like sleep mode. Open Control Panel. Search 'button', Click 'change what the  power buttons do' in left pane. In screen that comes up, change ALL settings to 'sleep', none to hibernate.

Open Control Panel. Search 'button', Click 'change what the  power buttons do' in left pane. At the top click 'change settings that are currently unavailable'. Scroll down and UNcheck the box for  fast startup. Shut Windows down normally. Then restart.
